Sarah is a Melbourne based Myotherapist graduating in 2014 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Musculoskeletal Therapy. After graduating Sarah began working at Epworth Health Care, a private hospital in Melbourne as a part of the Physiotherapy team prominently in acute orthopaedic and neuroscience rehabilitation before going on maternity leave.

It was through her own personal pregnancy journey (and injuries) she developed a passion for all things pregnancy and pelvic floor related and is now currently undertaking an Advanced Pregnancy Certification to further her knowledge in this field.

In between looking after her 6-month-old son Sarah consults out of the Kilmore Wellness Centre, located 60kms north of Melbourne as well as Naturally U located in Richmond.
